note 87791 deleted from function.unlink by danbrown

Note Submitter: admin at beyondmaster dot com ---- Under Windows System and Apache, denied access to file is an usual error to unlink file but I found out that the denied access error can be caused while unlinking files during the while loop. To fix this problem, I had to re-write my entire code and validate each entry with mysql_num_rows() > 0 and FILE_EXISTS() function. Turns out that the code got a little bigger but it worked!
