note 89580 added to function.rename

In response to: rename brent at brenthugh dot com 09-Jan-2009 06:31 Great script, works perfectly. I have amended for my own needs to remove the .php file extension from all files in the directory and found out there's a small bug in the code: At the start of the funtion $num needs to be set to 1 instead of 0 ($num = 1).
