The docs are slightly confusing by talking about the additional_paramaters paramater as being able
to contain 'an additional parameter' in the singular.
The additional_parameters parameter is simply a string that gets concatenated onto the command
passed to sendmail, so you can put as many params in there as you like, for example
'-fme@example.com -R hdrs'
