note 90643 rejected from function.imagecreatefromjpeg by aidan

Note Submitter: Anonymous ---- Hello It seems that imagecreatefromjpeg is buggy in PHP 5.2.6. I try to load a JPG file from a digital camera which has 3072x2304 Pixels I get the error: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 3072 bytes) That error is a contradiction! If I calculate 3072 x 2304 x 3 bytes per pixel I get a memory usage of 21 MB. So it should be possible to open that image. If I cannot open files which the users have uploaded, the GD library is completely useless for me! Please fix this as soon as possible!
