Shouldn't this function have returned the sunrise in local time automatically?
That is, if i check sunrise for Beijing, I should get the sunrise time in Beijing time
automatically. Today I have to manually specify that I want Beijing time, otherwise I get it in GMT,
which seems like a useless default.
If I want local sunrise times for any latitude/longitude in the world, it seems I must use Geonames
or a similar database to find the timezone for the given pair of latitude/longitude coordinates
before I can use date_sunrise().
Anyone, please let me know if there is any easy way to get the local time automatically.
