note 93653 added to class.arrayaccess

http://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=34783 suggests that "this is not a bug", and to "double-check the documentation" on this issue; I'm looking at the documentation, and see no mention at all about the inability to return references in offsetGet, except for the comment referencing the bug itself.
