note 98735 rejected from function.str-getcsv by visualmind

Note Submitter: aemulus at hotmail dot com ---- This documentation doesn't appear to note anywhere which library / extension needs to be loaded in order to have access to these functions. Currently, I have the parsing library enabled which grants access to split, explode, etc, str_getcsv is returning undefined function, and there is no information available on Google, newsgroups, etc. This is just a note for people who are running their own servers and have come accross this issue. Please post documentation on which library/extension is required to be loaded/compiled into PHP in order to grant access to this.
