Oops, was testing that code after and found that the single line with sprintf is wrong. I
didn't open up the debugger to see what's going on in the stack, but here's a quick
fix.
$returnString .= sprintf('%2$s'.$_spFormat.'%2$s', $workArray[$i], $enclosure);
$returnString .= ($i < ($arraySize-1)) ? $delimiter : $terminator;
Just splits it up into two lines.
