note 102948 added to install.windows.apache2

I had the same problem as: terry_513 at yahoo dot com 08-Oct-2010 03:53 http://www.php.net/manual/en/install.windows.apache2.php#100331 using: win7/httpd-2.2.17-win32-x86-no_ssl.msi/ php-5.3.5-Win32-VC6-x86.msi I changed the setting in http.conf for PHPIniDir and php5_module as all suggests, and then apache wouldnt start.
