When mysql.trace_mode = On, SELECT FOUND_ROWS() allway returns 0. In detail: If you have a table with 5 rows and issue: SELECT SQL_CALC_FOUND_ROWS * FROM table LIMIT 1; mysql_num_rows() returns 1 as expected. If you issue "SELECT FOUND_ROWS()" just in sequence, in the same connection resource, it allways returns 0 rather than expected 5. Just switch mysql.trace_mode to Off and things will work. ---- Server IP: 69.147.83.197 Probable Submitter: 186.215.11.68 ---- Manual Page -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/mysql.configuration.php Edit -- https://master.php.net/note/edit/103031 Del: integrated -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/103031/integrated Del: useless -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/103031/useless Del: bad code -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/103031/bad+code Del: spam -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/103031/spam Del: non-english -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/103031/non-english Del: in docs -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/103031/in+docs Del: other reasons-- https://master.php.net/note/delete/103031 Reject -- https://master.php.net/note/reject/103031 Search -- https://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php
