Note that in PHP versions 4.3.0 and 4.3.1, the following provides a bogus E_NOTICE (this is a known
bug):
echo "$somearray['bar']";
This is accessing an array inside a string using a quoted key and no {braces}. Reading the
documention shows all the correct ways to do this but the above will output nothing on most systems
(most have E_NOTICE off) so users may be confused. In PHP 4.3.2, the above will again yield a parse
error.
