note 31174 added to language.types.string

Note that in PHP versions 4.3.0 and 4.3.1, the following provides a bogus E_NOTICE (this is a known bug): echo "$somearray['bar']"; This is accessing an array inside a string using a quoted key and no {braces}. Reading the documention shows all the correct ways to do this but the above will output nothing on most systems (most have E_NOTICE off) so users may be confused.
