I hate PHP for its stupid way of working with global variables. C scope for global variables is much
better. I have lots of config variables and I do not want to make them constants because constants
do not work with variable interpolation into strings. Just because of stupid design of first
versions of PHP which allowed user input from GET, POST, COOKIE, etc. to be global variables they
decided about this stupid global scope. The best solution is to disable register globals but enable
C-like variable scope. Please include config option to use C-like variable scope.
