if you get parse errors while trying something like this:

| ... your multi-line string/html code...
| ENDT;
|?>
|------------------------------
you have to remove all blanks and tabs before the "ENDT;" label (that are on the same
line). maybe that's just an issue of PHP for Win/Apache, but i don't think so.
