failed to open stream: No such file or directory error on Windows Server 2008. (Php 5.1.6)
the include_path contain the directory/folder of the file, but the require command doesn't
work.
After a while, we noticed the folder's permissions was set explicitly. In the other folder that
was working, the permissions were set "Inherited permissions". The permissions were the
same in both cases.
After removing the explicit settings and forcing inherited permissions, the require command started
to work.
