note 111405 added to function.imagecreatetruecolor

Thank's to the previous commenters for their implementation of a tga reading library in pure php. I tested them, and they work, but not everytime. So I looked on the net for another implementation, and found the de77's implementation working for any tga I could put through the algorithm.
