note 111406 added to function.imagecreatefromjpeg

Hello again. I have found that my problem was not including the header. Picture is all good. However, I had to remove all echoed text as it had already set the header. To isolate I removed all other output. I now only have a picture on screen. I would guess there must be a way of doing this properly. Thanks. Steve.
