note 111610 added to function.ftp-put

I kept having trouble with the ftp_put command and it took ages to realise it was because of the MODE. I had the MODE in a variable and it didn't work that way, I had to put it as either FTP_ASCII or FTP_BINARY at the end of the ftp_put command.
