note 111871 added to function.imagecreatefromgif

Note that paths like /foo/bar/../somefolder/someimage.gif won't work on older versions of PHP, until somewhere between 5.1.6 and 5.4.6 That is, it doesn't work in 5.1.6, it does in 5.4.6. I have no idea at which version exactly this bug was fixed.
