note 116815 added to intro-whatis

On the 'what is PHP?' page it is stated that php is a "widely-used open source general-purpose scripting language" The problem here is, the term 'open source' refers to a software application and not to any programming language. according to online reference: An open-source license is a license for computer software and other products that allows the source code, blueprint or design to be used, modified and/or shared under defined terms and conditions. ---- Server IP: 72.52.91.14 Probable Submitter: 106.51.130.153 ---- Manual Page -- http://php.net/manual/en/intro-whatis.php Edit -- https://master.php.net/note/edit/116815 Del: integrated -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/116815/integrated Del: useless -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/116815/useless Del: bad code -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/116815/bad+code Del: spam -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/116815/spam Del: non-english -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/116815/non-english Del: in docs -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/116815/in+docs Del: other reasons-- https://master.php.net/note/delete/116815 Reject -- https://master.php.net/note/reject/116815 Search -- https://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php
