Hello! Please change the time zone value for the "Asia / Vladivostok" to GMT + 11 to GMT +
10. And consequently, all time zones of the Russian Federation in connection with that after the
recent changes, time zones are based on the value of Russia Moscow time GMT + 3. Thanks!
