Hi, I see Asia/Makassar and Asia/Ujung_Pandang in the list. They're both the same city in South
Sulawesi, Indonesia. in 2000, government officially renamed Ujung Pandang to Makassar. I havent
check Asia/Ujung_Pandang yet, but both should return GMT+08 value.
