ON Linux / Apache --with-apxs
Page cannot be displayed - Apache crapping out.
I spent a great deal of time getting this to work - but hey - I'm a newbie.
One thing I did find was that I experienced an error I have not seen on this board or anywhere else
in searches.
If you try to run a test java .php page and you get a page cannot be displayed error, try adding the
follwing to your apache startup script
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/lib/j2sdk1.3/jre/lib/i386/server
:/usr/lib/j2sdk1.3/jre/lib/i386
And of course change to paths that mean something to you.
