note 27794 added to ref.java

ON Linux / Apache --with-apxs Page cannot be displayed - Apache crapping out. I spent a great deal of time getting this to work - but hey - I'm a newbie. One thing I did find was that I experienced an error I have not seen on this board or anywhere else in searches.
