Fast steps to configure IIS in Windows as Fast-CGI:
1.- Download NTS (Non Thread Safe) version of PHP (either x86 or x64 according to your platform)
from http://windows.php.net/download
2.- Download VCXX required build from same location (left bar)
3.- Extract PHP files to desired location (I recommend c:\php)
4.- Make a php.ini from a copy of php.ini-production or php.ini-develpment
5.- Follow instructions from
https://www.iis.net/learn/application-frameworks/
install-and-configure-php-applications-on-iis/
using-fastcgi-to-host-php-applications-on-iis
If you read the install.txt from distribution no instructions for fastcgi are found.
