note 17388 added to function.filetype

It's important not to forget, to pass the correct path.. = DIRECTORY + FILE + EXTENSION. In another day, I was just getting big troubles with this.. I made a function that had to get all files in Directories and Sub Directories.. And It wasn't working... But was because I was forgetting informing the directory.
