If you configure with the default mysql support, a warning pops up at the end of the process noting
that mod_auth_mysql, PHP3, or mod_perl won't be able to cooperate with PHP in accessing MySQL.
Configure with --with-mysql=/path/to/MySQL/headers, instead. On FreeBSD 4.2, this was /usr/local.
