A warning about requiring files using a URL: if the required file is named with a .php extension
you may not get the behavior you expect. A file with a .php extension required with a URL will be
evaluated on the remote server. Thus things like variable definitions and defines will NOT pass
through to the file issuing the require directive. Name it with a .inc or other extension and
things will work as expected.
