TEMP DIRECTORY! :: I was uploading a file w/PHP 4.0.4 on Windows 2000 and the $HTTP_POST_FILES was
only reporting name and type but NOT size and tmp_name, which are essential pieces of information.
I realized that this was because my php.ini had defaulted uploads to go to a non-existent folder
under my folder where my PHP installation was. After I created this folder 'uploadtemp',
the other two keys in the $HTTP_POST_FILES array were working.
