i think saying:
"The file will be deleted from the temporary directory at the end of the request if it has not
been moved away or renamed. " isn't correct ion any case.
I tried renaming the uploaded file and still keeping it in upload_tmp_dir but then it gets deleted
as well. so i think the documentation should say that if you rename it, it has to reside in another
directoy afterwards or it will be deleted....
