Warning!
You have to be VERY carefull with things like:
$same_time_tomorrow = time() + 60*60*24;
It's because:
1. Mar-24 23:30 + 24 hours = Mar-26 00:30
2. Oct-28 00:30 + 24 hours = Oct-28 23:30
This occurs because of the daylight saving time shifts.
