Note that with register_globals OFF (a good idea security-wise), all the Apache or php variables are
no longer available as globals.
With PHP 4.1.0 +,use $_ENV[] for Apache/CGI variables and $_SERVER[] for PHP variables :
$_ENV["HTTP_HOST"]
$_SERVER["PHP_SELF"]
