note 20026 added to install.iis

Installed PHP 4.1.1 on PWS 5.0. I installed it first as dll but got so many 404 errors then installed it as CGI. Now some of the scripts are working but most of them are generating following errors: "The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers. The headers it did return are: ERROR: could not get the task list" -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/install.iis.php http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=edit+20026 http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+20026 http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=reject+20026
