If you're planning on doing Virtual Hosting, you should configure safe_mode = On,
safe_mode_exec_dir = /the/root/dir/for/all/virtually/hosted/domains, and doc_root =
/the/root/dir/for/all/virtually/hosted/domains
doc_root will restrict opening files to only files underneath the virtual root directory, and
safe_mode will restrict opening files owned by other users.
