To install and run PHP4.0 beta with Apache on Windows 2000 Professional using loopback interface,
set ServerName to localhost, add lines:
ScriptAlias /php/ "C:/Program Files/Apache Group/Apache/php/"
<Directory "C:/Program Files/Apache Group/Apache/php">
AllowOverride None
Options None
</Directory>
AddType application/x-httpd-php3 .phtml
Action application/x-httpd-php3 "/php/php.exe"
this is assuming you installed php under the Program Files/Apache Group/Apache directory
works great!
good luck!
