binary data, such as images are stored in mySQL db, when they are called in browser using:

select image from db store in $image

Image should appear above.

None of the text/html content-types appear. Is there a mixed or multi-type work around for this?
Basically, I want to dynamically create a webpage with image calls and text all generated from the
database.
