In response to the PostgreSQL error: You should either limit the number of concurrent apache-servers
(if that's what you're using) or increase the MAX_CONNECTIONS setting in your
postgresql.conf file. Using @pg_pconnect() instead of pg_connect() will hide the error message
(unless my memory betrays me), but not necessarily solve your problem.
