note 22427 added to function.imagefttext

checking for GD support... yes checking whether to enable truetype string function in GD... yes checking for freetype(2)... yes apparently this isn't good enough, when i try to use imagetfbbox() and imagetftext() it tells me: Warning: imageftbbox(): No FreeType 2 support in this PHP build freetype2 is the only thing installed on my server (i don't have any older GD or older freetype) it's all GD 2.0.1 or whatever is newest and freetype (whatever is newest of today's date.) from phpinfo(): gd GD Support enabled GD Version 2.0 or higher FreeType Support enabled FreeType Linkage with freetype can't see what else is missing. just an fyi, maybe this doesn't work for everyone. -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.imagefttext.php http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=edit+22427 http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+22427 http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=reject+22427
