Basicly what happens is this:
$var t;
function foo()
{
global $t;
}
is identical to:
function foo()
{
$t=&$GLOBALS[t];
}
which will answer the above argument becouse when you use
$t=&$somelocal;
you overwrite the first $t=&.....
