note 23708 added to install.windows

This has caused me probs in the past. So try this in XP: Go to control panel and add new hardware say that you have already installed whatever and click add new hardware and then network adapter and the only option you should get is the loopback adapter, install this and give it an IP. Maybe this will work who knows!
