CORRECTION:
my strings are as followed:
$creation = "create table ".$tname." (".$cvariables.")";
$db2_stmt = OCIParse($c2,$creation);
$result = OCIexecute($db2_stmt, OCI_DEFAULT);
with $tname for the table name and $Cvariables for the array of column informations, $c2 for
connection.
