is_int is not working properly. Here is the working one:
function isint($my_value)
{
for($i=0;$i<strlen($my_value);$i++)
{
$control=0;
for($k=-9;$k<10;$k++)
{
if(!strcmp($my_value[$i],$k))
$control=1;
}
if(!$control)
{
return false;
break;
}
}
return true;
}
