Running Apache/1.3.3, it appears that the decimal weekday number is not 1-7, but 0-6. I ran the
following code, with the following result:
echo("%u - (".strftime("%u").") weekday as a decimal number [1,7], with 1
representing Monday\n");
%u - (3) weekday as a decimal number [1,7], with 1 representing Monday
(Today is tuesday, it should have returned a '2')
