note 24711 added to ref.curl

Hi people, I'm back to tell you what silly mistake prevented me from getting php_curl.dll to work, perhaps it will help someone: Make sure you use the DLL version that comes with the PHP version you use. php_curl.dll from PHP 4.1.0 is NOT compatible with php4ts.dll from PHP 4.2.2. (I used the program Dependency Walker to find this.)
