note 25021 added to install.apache

I bombed repeatedly during last week's Apache 2.0.40/PHP4.2.2 build (FreeBSD 4.6-RELEASE), but succeeded tonight with Apache 2.0.40 and PHP 4.2.3. Crucial was this: ./configure --with-mysql --with-apxs2=/usr/local/apache2/bin/apxs --with-tsrm-pth (Remember "apxs2"; plus, the option "with-tsrm-pth" seems to be different from "with-tsrm-pthreads".) I did not edit any source files. I used pth-1.4.1.tar.gz from ftp.gnu.org.
