note 25021 deleted from install.apache by betz

I bombed repeatedly during last week's Apache 2.0.40/PHP4.2.2 build (FreeBSD 4.6-RELEASE), but succeeded tonight with Apache 2.0.40 and PHP 4.2.3. Crucial was this: ./configure --with-mysql --with-apxs2=/usr/local/apache2/bin/apxs --with-tsrm-pth (Remember "apxs2"; plus, the option "with-tsrm-pth" seems to be different from "with-tsrm-pthreads".) I did not edit any source files. I used pth-1.4.1.tar.gz from ftp.gnu.org. Don't forget this (specified during the PHP make install, but easy to overlook): ./libtool --finish /usr/local/php-4.2.3/libs Other than these notes, I roughly followed the instructions here: http://www.php.net/manual/en/install.apache.php
