Your sockets DSO isn't loaded. To load your sockets DSO use:
<?php
@dl("php_sockets.so");
@dl("extensions/php_sockets.so");
@dl("php_sockets.dll");
@dl("extensions/php_sockets.dll");
?>
This will load your sockets DSO regardless of OS (Unix/Win32/Mac, ...) and will even load if your
admin forgot to change your extensions path from "." to "./extensions". :-)
