I am extremely disappointed that this function is not available for the regular builds of PHP!!
I'm currently writing a set of servers/clients to connect to irc and relay to bots/flash and
this command would make my debugging happen at real time. At the moment I either close and open the
file after each write (which gives nasty resource # to debug with) or suffer.
Please can this be added to 4.3 as standard
