there seems to be a bug which makes the PHP-session unable to use when the function session_start()
is used in UTF-8 page. it dies with this message:
Warning: Cannot send session cookie - headers already sent by (output started at
/home/***/wwwhome/***/***.php:1)
sure, it obviously works well fine when the same source code but ascii-coded.
