note 26148 added to function.session-cache-expire

What does it mean if every time you close your browser you have to reset the session. I am assumeing
that it means the session isn't being adheared to the user so does that mean that I will have
to modifiy my entire sites urls to end with <? $SID ?>.
Any help would be greatly ablidged.
